Many of the nearby trails can be hiked or biked in under a day, and all of them feature the beautiful views typical of the Okanagan region: Lake shores, woodlands, vineyards and hillsides are some of the sights hikers can take in, as well as the smaller details, like the vast array of wildflowers found in the region. Some trails also feature scenic picnic areas or pass by touristic points of interest. A list of trails can be found here on hellobc.comPlease note: All trails are frequently traveled and very safe, however hikers should bring bear spray just in case, as black bears do live in the area.
